Treatment for Cluster Headache
The Alexander Technique is not a pharmacological intervention, but a mind-body educational method that aims to improve postural and movement patterns through neuromuscular re-education. While not a direct pharmacological treatment for cluster headaches, it may help reduce muscle tension, improve autonomic nervous system regulation, and potentially mitigate stress-related neurological triggers that can exacerbate headache symptoms.
