aloe vera
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Aloe vera contains salicylates and anti-inflammatory compounds that may potentially modulate pain signaling and reduce neurogenic inflammation associated with cluster headaches. Its active components, including bradykinase and salicylic acid, could theoretically provide analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis and reducing neuronal sensitization. However, direct clinical evidence specifically for cluster headache treatment remains limited, and more research is needed to definitively establish its efficacy.
