Treatment for Cluster Headache
Audiobooks, while not a direct pharmacological intervention, may provide cognitive distraction and neurological modulation that can help reduce the perceived intensity of cluster headache pain through auditory stimulation and potential activation of alternative neural pathways. By engaging cognitive resources and potentially influencing cortical pain processing, audiobooks may offer a non-pharmacological complementary strategy for managing cluster headache symptoms and associated psychological stress.

Can't handle it and when having a migraine I can't focus/struggle to read. I do listen to audible and it helps me almost distract myself when I have a migraine that's rough but not fully debilitating

have you tried audible? I'm a bit of an audible superfan as the right audiobook in the background can provide a little relief, especially in the later stages of an attack.
