blood patch
Treatment for Cluster Headache
An autologous blood patch for Cluster Headache involves injecting the patient's own venous blood into the epidural space to stimulate localized inflammatory healing and neurogenic repair. The procedure is believed to promote sealing of potential dural defects, reduce neurogenic inflammation, and modulate pain signaling pathways in the trigeminal and autonomic nervous systems. By creating a localized biological patch and inflammatory response, the intervention can potentially interrupt the pathological mechanisms underlying severe cluster headache episodes.

Agree. I got a headache from a spinal tap. Was fine laying down but massive HA when standing. I had to get a blood patch and when I woke up it was gone.

There is a great CSF doctor at Tuffs in Boston. He is amazing. It could be from the epidurals. Maybe he would want to try a blood patch
