caffeine cessation
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Caffeine cessation in Cluster Headache management involves withdrawal from the sympathomimetic agent that acts as an adenosine receptor antagonist, potentially disrupting neurovascular and neuroinflammatory pathways. Abrupt discontinuation can lead to rebound vasodilation and altered cerebral blood flow, which may trigger or exacerbate cluster headache episodes. The cessation process requires careful medical supervision to mitigate potential neurological and vascular complications associated with sudden caffeine withdrawal.

I stopped drinking caffeine last year due to anxiety and panic attacks. Not sure if this is corelated but I've only had 2 attacks this year.

Same for me. I had thought drinking coffee was helping me boy was I wrong. Went off it, excruciating withdrawal (even though I only drank one cup a day) and the frequency and intensity of migraines went down drastically.

For me it was legitimately stress that was made 10x worse by coffee consumption. Once I stopped drinking coffee regularly my migraines have gone down to about 10% of the old frequency. This has held for about half a year now.
