carbonated drinks
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Carbonated drinks, particularly those containing caffeine, can provide rapid relief for cluster headaches through vasoconstriction and central nervous system stimulation. The carbonation and caffeine act synergistically to cause immediate peripheral and central vascular changes, potentially interrupting the neurological cascade of cluster headache pain by modulating cerebral blood flow and neurotransmitter activity.

Here's an additional tip which is helpful if you also have IBS. Pure cane sugar Coke. Yes, it's expensive and may be hard to find, but it works the same on migraine, without the digestive upset from high fructose corn syrup. 😘
