Largactil tablets 3 times per day for 3 days. I can't remember the dosage but I can check for you. They're pretty tough on your body but they totally fixed me on the end of the 3rd day.

Largactil (chlorpromazine) IV is my last ditch option. Unfortunately it requires a hospital bed due to the orthostatique hypotension. Will turn you into a zombie for a couple of days. But it was what I needed to break a 2 week migraine.
