cold application
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Cold application in Cluster Headache works by inducing local vasoconstriction and reducing neural inflammation through peripheral nerve cooling. The cold stimulates thermoreceptors, which can interrupt pain signaling pathways and decrease sympathetic nervous system activity, potentially providing rapid symptomatic relief by modulating local vascular and neurogenic inflammatory responses.
