combination headache medication
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Combination headache medications for Cluster Headache typically involve triptans (5-HT1B/1D receptor agonists) and NSAIDs, which work synergistically to inhibit neurogenic inflammation and reduce pain signaling. Triptans constrict cranial blood vessels and block pain neuropeptide release, while NSAIDs provide additional anti-inflammatory effects, effectively targeting multiple pathophysiological mechanisms of cluster headache pain.

I was recommended by a pharmacist to use soluble aspirin as it gets to work quicker than non-soluble. It always helps me, along with a couple of Migraleve.
