Treatment for Cluster Headache
Dental devices for cluster headache typically utilize a mandibular advancement mechanism that repositions the lower jaw forward, which helps to increase upper airway volume and reduce neurovascular compression. By altering the craniofacial anatomy and potentially modulating trigeminal nerve and autonomic nervous system signaling, these devices can help reduce the frequency and intensity of cluster headache episodes by potentially interrupting pathological pain pathways.

I used to wake up with major neck & shoulder pain as a teenager and in the 10+ years since getting a bite plane I’ve only woken up with that kind of pain like 4-5 times. Ymmv but I would absolutely look into getting one with your dentist.
