diltiazem
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Diltiazem is a calcium channel blocker that modulates intracellular calcium influx, potentially reducing neurogenic inflammation and vascular tone associated with cluster headaches. By inhibiting calcium entry into smooth muscle and neuronal cells, it may help decrease the frequency and intensity of cluster headache episodes through its vasodilatory and neuronal stabilizing effects.

Yes. Diltiazem, Nortriptyline and topiramate. Currently working on increasing topiramate so I can decrease the nortriptyline and hopefully get off of it completely. It’s giving me terrible night sweats.
