Treatment for Cluster Headache

Oxygen therapy for cluster headache involves high-flow 100% oxygen administration through a non-rebreather mask at 12-15 liters per minute, which induces vasoconstriction and reduces cerebral blood flow. The rapid arterial oxygen saturation and subsequent vasoconstriction helps abort acute cluster headache attacks by counteracting the underlying neurovascular inflammation and autonomic dysregulation associated with the condition.

I have pretty severe tinnitus and I have the Engage 2 plus. The engage line filters background noise while still allowing you to have conversations. The “plus” just means it comes with a “mute” optional attachment. I love them.
