epsom salt baths
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Epsom salt baths, composed primarily of magnesium sulfate, may provide relief for Cluster Headache through transdermal magnesium absorption, which can help modulate neuronal excitability and reduce inflammatory responses. The magnesium ions potentially interact with NMDA receptors and calcium channels, potentially mitigating neurovascular inflammation and muscle tension associated with these severe headaches.
