I came to say almost the exact same thing. My PT showed me what an ergonomic desk set up should look like. Changing my desk height, using an office chair with arms and using a vertical mouse have made a big difference for me.

I have been standing at work more than sitting and that’s been helpful as well as trying out new pillows. The take away from that is evaluating the ergenomic stress my body is under. But also I’m in Ajovy as a preventive too.
