exercise therapy
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Exercise therapy for Cluster Headache modulates autonomic nervous system function and neurotransmitter balance, potentially reducing headache frequency and intensity through neuroplastic adaptations. The physical activity stimulates endogenous endorphin release, enhances vagal tone, and may help regulate hypothalamic activity, which is implicated in the pathogenesis of Cluster Headaches.
