Oxygen therapy for cluster headache involves high-flow, high-concentration oxygen (typically 100% oxygen at 12-15 liters per minute) administered via a non-rebreather mask. The rapid inhalation causes cerebral vasoconstriction and reduces intracranial blood flow, which interrupts the neurogenic inflammatory cascade and provides rapid symptom relief by decreasing pain and autonomic symptoms associated with cluster headache attacks.

Gel eye masks that you can freeze. I get them in bulk at Marshall's and tj Maxx. Always several in the freezer. Honestly so good.
