Treatment for Cluster Headache
Garlic contains allicin and other sulfur compounds that exhibit vasodilatory and anti-inflammatory properties, potentially modulating cerebral blood flow and reducing neurogenic inflammation associated with cluster headaches. These compounds may help mitigate vascular constriction and decrease pain signaling through prostaglandin inhibition and nitric oxide modulation, though more research is needed to definitively establish its clinical efficacy for this specific condition.

Yes. For me, it makes the difference between losing a half-hour of sleep vs. losing 2 hours of sleep. Brings it down to a "normal" kind of headache. Probably won't work for everybody, but it is worth a try unless you are alergic to garlic.

Try a clove of garlic a day and see if that helps. It prevents my migraines. It got rid of my migraines pretty much entirely when I used to get them once a week and they were severe.
