Treatment for Cluster Headache

Triptans, such as sumatriptan, are selective serotonin receptor (5-HT1B/1D) agonists used in cluster headache treatment. They work by causing vasoconstriction of cranial blood vessels and inhibiting pro-inflammatory neuropeptide release, thereby reducing pain and alleviating neurogenic inflammation associated with cluster headaches.

I use sunglasses or migraine glasses and press down on the bridge/frame as hard as possible (without breaking them). The pressure really helps, especially with weather migraines.
