gnrh antagonist
Treatment for Cluster Headache
GnRH antagonists block gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptors, suppressing the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and reducing testosterone production in males with chronic cluster headaches. By modulating hormonal pathways and potentially interrupting neurogenic inflammatory processes, these agents can help decrease the frequency and intensity of cluster headache episodes.
