Treatment for Cluster Headache
H2 blockers, such as cimetidine, act by competitively inhibiting histamine H2 receptors in the gastrointestinal tract, which may indirectly modulate neurovascular inflammation and neurogenic pain pathways associated with cluster headaches. While not a primary treatment for cluster headaches, some studies suggest potential adjunctive benefits in reducing headache frequency and intensity through their anti-inflammatory and neuromodulatory effects.

Me too! I am also taking omeprazole! It’s been saving my life lol. I keep seeing so much negative talk about PPIs though which concerns me.
