headache powder
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Headache powder, typically containing aspirin and caffeine, acts as a rapid-onset analgesic for cluster headaches by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes to reduce prostaglandin-mediated pain and inflammation. Caffeine potentiates the analgesic effect by vasoconstriction and enhancing aspirin absorption, while also providing central nervous system stimulation that can interrupt pain signaling pathways.
