Honey contains natural compounds like flavonoids and phenolic acids that exhibit potential anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. While direct research on honey for cluster headaches is limited, its antioxidant and vasodilatory effects may help modulate neurogenic inflammation and provide symptomatic relief by potentially reducing vascular tension and pain perception.
