hydroxyzine
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Hydroxyzine is a first-generation antihistamine with H1 receptor antagonist properties that may provide relief in cluster headache by reducing neurogenic inflammation and modulating serotonergic pathways. Its sedative and anxiolytic effects can potentially help manage the sympathetic nervous system activation associated with cluster headache episodes, though it is not a primary treatment for this condition.

I have done a terrible cocktail of hydroxyzine, methocarbamol, and liquid magnesium chloride to put me out. I do NOT recommend as it is dangerous. Thought I stopped breathing multiple times but I didn't care at that point, I was in so much pain.
