labetalol
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Labetalol is a non-selective alpha-1 and beta-adrenergic receptor antagonist that can potentially help manage cluster headaches by reducing vascular reactivity and neurogenic inflammation. Its mixed receptor blockade leads to vasodilation and decreased sympathetic nervous system activity, which may help interrupt the neurovascular mechanisms underlying cluster headache pathogenesis.

Not those meds but I switched from Propranalol to Labetalol when I got pregnant. I did have to stop taking Nurtec, but I was one of those incredibly lucky women whose migraines went away during pregnancy (and I don’t even have hormonal migraines).
