loratadine
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Loratadine is a second-generation H1 antihistamine with limited evidence for treating cluster headaches, as it does not directly target the primary pathophysiological mechanisms of this condition. While its primary mechanism involves blocking histamine receptors, which may provide minimal symptomatic relief, it is not considered a first-line or standard treatment for cluster headaches.
