mast cell stabilizer
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Mast cell stabilizers, such as cromolyn sodium, work by preventing mast cell degranulation and reducing the release of inflammatory mediators. In cluster headache treatment, these agents may help mitigate neurogenic inflammation and potentially reduce the frequency and intensity of headache attacks by suppressing the inflammatory cascade associated with trigeminal nerve activation.

Have been using it for a month now and my migraine is slowly improving. It stabilizes mast cells and they play a role in migraine. The CGRPs target mast cells too so I use one of those and the cromolyn plus H1 and H2 blockers.
