meclizine
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Meclizine is an antihistamine with anticholinergic properties that acts as a vestibular suppressant, primarily used for motion sickness and vertigo. While not a first-line treatment for cluster headaches, it may provide limited symptomatic relief by potentially reducing neurogenic inflammation and modulating neurotransmitter activity in the central nervous system. Its effectiveness in cluster headache management is considered minimal compared to more targeted therapies.

Can you take something for the nausea? Less Drowsy Dramamine (meclizine) works wonders for me, most times. As far as less terrible to throw up, applesauce seems like it would not be too bad. Kefir, although it might be acidic.
