Yup, seems to be a combo of vitamin d, and weekly mm. Only really having 1 attack/week at the momentz which is about as good as it ever gets for men so I'll take it

This is the only thing that works for me. I take the 100 mg, and if I don’t take it at the first sign of a migraine I sometimes have to take a second dose 2 hours later, but that works for me about 75% of the time.

I didn’t even know there was a 50mg dose. The 100mg works wonders for me. Nurtec was the one that seemed like a sugar pill to me…it did absolutely nothing for my migraines.

I have the 100mg. I've found that if I take it early enough, while I'm still at a pain level below 4-5, it helps. Sometimes, I'll have to take a triptan 2 hours later but most of the time I don't.
