methylfolate
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Methylfolate is a bioactive form of folate that can potentially reduce cluster headache frequency by modulating methylation processes and homocysteine metabolism. By supporting neurotransmitter synthesis and reducing oxidative stress, methylfolate may help mitigate neurological inflammation and improve vascular endothelial function, which can contribute to cluster headache prophylaxis.
