midodrine
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Midodrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist that selectively activates postsynaptic alpha-1 receptors, causing vasoconstriction and increased blood pressure. In the context of Cluster Headache, it may help modulate vascular tone and potentially reduce the intensity and frequency of neurovascular pain by counteracting vasodilation and improving cerebral perfusion dynamics.

I took midton and it worked well. I was given samples of Nurtec and it helped a little. The price is out of my league. Magnesium as helped as well as beet root capsules.
