I’ve started using a cane on wobbly days. Saves energy, helps ground me, and gives me something to catch myself of when i wobble a little too far. I’ve got a nice little black cane with a bird as the handle.

Also use a can but it's because my migraines make my knees weak and I lose balance. I think the fact I don't use my cane all the time makes people ask more questions but damn is getting interrogated every time I use it annoying.
