nebivolol
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Nebivolol is a highly selective β1-adrenergic receptor antagonist with nitric oxide (NO) vasodilatory properties, which may contribute to its potential efficacy in cluster headache management. By blocking β1 receptors and promoting NO-mediated vasodilation, nebivolol can potentially reduce vascular reactivity and neurogenic inflammation associated with cluster headache pathogenesis. Its unique pharmacological profile suggests potential benefits in modulating cerebrovascular tone and reducing headache frequency and intensity.

Nebivolol has less side effects than metoprolol. Even then, you take a much lower dose for migraines prevention than heart problems..
