peppermint oil
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Peppermint oil acts as a potent vasodilator and smooth muscle relaxant, containing menthol which triggers transient receptor potential (TRP) channels to modulate pain perception and vascular tone. When applied topically to the temples or forehead, it produces a cooling sensation and may help reduce trigeminal nerve-mediated pain associated with cluster headaches through its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Go and buy peppermint oil - rub a little directly on the really tender spot at the back of the head. It helps until it doesn’t but it’s something natural.
