potatoes
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Potatoes contain high levels of tryptophan and complex carbohydrates that may help modulate serotonin pathways and reduce neurogenic inflammation associated with cluster headaches. While not a primary treatment, the nutritional compounds in potatoes can potentially provide mild analgesic and neuroprotective effects through their ability to support neurotransmitter balance and reduce oxidative stress.

Raw potatoes. I lay down with slices of potato on my head. If I’m moving around, I tie them around my head and neck with scarves. I got it from my momma (both the migraines and this unhinged hack)
