protein supplement
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Protein supplements in cluster headache management do not directly treat the condition, but may support overall neurological health and potentially modulate inflammatory responses. The amino acids in protein can influence neurotransmitter synthesis and provide precursors for neuronal repair and function, which might indirectly contribute to reducing headache frequency or severity. However, their role is supportive rather than primary, and they are not a standard clinical treatment for cluster headaches.

Ice hats, Aimovig, Botox, nerve blocks, and try eating more protein. For me, a bunch of protein can be part of getting rid of a migraine.
