radiofrequency treatment
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Radiofrequency treatment for Cluster Headache involves targeted thermal lesioning of the trigeminal ganglion or hypothalamic region, which disrupts pain signal transmission by causing selective neural tissue destruction. The procedure uses high-frequency electrical current to generate localized heat, causing neuronal protein denaturation and axonal interruption, thereby reducing the pathological pain signaling associated with the condition.

Yes, but it wasn’t with radio frequency and it was not painless. But I can breath through my nose better, but didn’t effect my migraines.

Really? They didn’t do anything to my eyes… just shoved some wet stuff up my nose to deaden it, gave some injections to deaden it completely, then zip, zip, done… radio waves reamed out my nose and I got to watch the whole thing on HD TV! It was cool...View more

The thing that helps the most is a neurologist who does nerve blocks for me in the front of the face and all around the crown. Also radio frequency on the c3-5 but that’s due to a neck injury that feeds the migraines

Yes, I do pulsed radio frequency procedures every 3 months with Nerve Blocks. IDK if the PRF or the Nerve block helps more but it helps.
