relaxation therapy
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Relaxation therapy for Cluster Headache modulates autonomic nervous system activity by reducing sympathetic arousal and promoting parasympathetic dominance, which can help mitigate neurogenic inflammation and vascular reactivity. The technique primarily works by decreasing stress-induced cortical and hypothalamic activation, potentially interrupting the neurological triggers associated with cluster headache pathogenesis through neuroplastic mechanisms of central pain modulation.
