Treatment for Cluster Headache

Robaxacet, a combination of methocarbamol (a centrally-acting muscle relaxant) and acetaminophen, is not a primary treatment for cluster headaches. While it may provide some symptomatic relief by reducing muscle tension and pain, it does not directly address the underlying neurological mechanisms of cluster headaches or provide targeted prophylaxis or acute management of the condition.
