saline
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Saline (sodium chloride solution) is used in cluster headache treatment primarily as a vehicle for intranasal or intravenous administration of medications. When used intranasal, it can provide symptomatic relief by hydrating nasal mucosa and facilitating medication delivery, while its isotonic properties help maintain fluid balance and minimize local tissue irritation.

I drinks lots of water and add salt to it, Diet Coke, Imitrex, Advil, and lidocaine lotion. I put it on my forehead, temples, and the back of my neck. Surprisingly the lidocaine works pretty good. Doesn’t last a long time but at least an hour.
