Yeah that makes sense, thanks. I’ve been using saline nose spray and that’s been helping some, so I think I’m exhaling through my nose or something and it’s irritating my sinuses. Gotta work on my technique :D

Triptans absolutely help mine and saline nasal spray/neti pot have been great too. I also take 30mg of Zyrtec daily per my allergist for hives but it also helps with sinus stuff, see an allergist if you aren't already!
