I honestly can’t remember if I quit in the middle of a cycle, sorry! But, what I do remember is that my CH basically went dormant after I quit, 100% sure. So, if you still smoke and you have CH, do your best to quit. It might change your life.

I think i was around 20 and triggered them by myself drinking alcohol and smoking a hookah... Never touched that stuff since then, turning 27 this year
