Spearmint or peppermint. The hard candies specifically help me, but that’s mostly because the soft ones trigger a gag reflex and make it far worse

Eletriptan 40mg (the max dose) with a benadryl. Works for me! Also, smelling spearmint! It helps with nausea and limits the other smells that make my migraine worse.
