sun protection
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Sun protection in cluster headache management primarily acts by reducing photosensitivity and mitigating potential neurogenic inflammatory triggers that may exacerbate trigeminal nerve sensitization. By blocking ultraviolet radiation and minimizing ocular and skin light exposure, sun protection can help modulate neural pain pathways and potentially reduce the frequency and intensity of cluster headache episodes.

Same, rainy weather/humidity, migraine triggers for me. Than extreme heat/sun, in the summer I wear a sunhat and my sunglasses. I’m on topamax, quilipta for preventative and I take sumatriptan, keterolac when it’s unbearable.
