Treatment for Cluster Headache
Melatonin, a neurohormone involved in circadian rhythm regulation, has shown efficacy in reducing cluster headache frequency and intensity by modulating hypothalamic and neurotransmitter pathways. Upon cessation, patients may experience a potential rebound effect with temporary increased headache susceptibility, as the neurological and circadian regulatory mechanisms readjust to endogenous melatonin production.

There are studies that show that calcium is linked to migraines. When I stopped taking a calcium supplement, they stopped being a daily thing. I still get migraines, but not a haze every day.
