surgical intervention
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Surgical interventions for Cluster Headache, such as neurostimulation or nerve ablation, aim to modulate trigeminal nerve signaling and hypothalamic activity. These procedures typically involve stimulating or interrupting specific neural pathways to reduce pain transmission and autonomic dysregulation, ultimately decreasing the frequency and intensity of cluster headache episodes by targeting the underlying neurological mechanisms.
