tea
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Tea contains caffeine, a central nervous system stimulant that acts as an adenosine receptor antagonist, potentially modulating pain perception and vascular tone in cluster headaches. Its sympathomimetic properties may help constrict cerebral blood vessels and reduce inflammatory mediators, providing mild analgesic and vasoconstrictive effects that can offer temporary relief during cluster headache episodes.

Saltines or other mild and salted crackers with barley tea seem to help me when I'm not too nauseated to keep anything down.

Thank you! I’m also thinking something is not right. I’ll do another round of health checks, as I I do suspect is a silent migraine 😕 Love chai tea! Good idea, and honey has become my go to at breakfast.
