terpenes
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Terpenes, particularly those found in cannabis such as beta-caryophyllene, interact with CB2 receptors in the central nervous system and possess potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Their potential efficacy in cluster headache management may stem from their ability to modulate pain signaling pathways and reduce neurogenic inflammation, potentially interrupting the trigeminal-autonomic activation characteristic of these severe headaches.

Weed, or a vape cart with THC, CBD, and GSC terpenes stop my migraines instantly. Weed works best.
