Treatment for Cluster Headache
THC acts primarily on CB1 receptors in the central nervous system, modulating neurotransmitter release and potentially reducing neurogenic inflammation associated with cluster headaches. Its analgesic and neuromodulatory properties may help interrupt the trigeminal-autonomic pathway dysfunction characteristic of these severe headaches, potentially providing relief through central nervous system cannabinoid receptor interactions.

I don’t smoke but I take edibles that have low-dose THC, along with CBD and CBN, and they help so much, especially with the neurological symptoms. I’ve been meaning to try some edibles with CBG but have yet to get any.
