ubiquinol
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Ubiquinol, the reduced form of Coenzyme Q10, acts as a potent antioxidant and mitochondrial energy enhancer that may help mitigate neurological inflammation and oxidative stress associated with Cluster Headache. By improving mitochondrial function and reducing reactive oxygen species, ubiquinol potentially modulates neuronal metabolism and may decrease the frequency and intensity of headache episodes through neuroprotective mechanisms.

Thanks! Magnesium 400mg (Citrate presently), and Riboflavin 400mg have been helpful for a few years now. I’ve recently added Ubiquinol 200mg. I also coincidentally take 5000 vit D with K2 (mk7). I’m interested in those algae omegas!

ubiquinol helps you need like 400 mg a day. Make sure it’s third party tested. The FDA doesn’t regulate supplements and there’s a ton of supplements being sold by companies that are lying about the efficacy of their products being sold.
