vestibular exercises
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Vestibular exercises for Cluster Headache are believed to modulate central nervous system neuroplasticity and neuromodulation through proprioceptive and vestibular stimulation, potentially disrupting aberrant neural signaling associated with trigeminal-autonomic pain pathways. By engaging sensorimotor integration and potentially reducing central sensitization, these exercises may help modulate pain perception and autonomic dysregulation characteristic of Cluster Headache syndrome.

Just writing this here in case it helps someone. I’ve had problems with this for weeks but what worked for me was the Epley maneuver. It brings your ear crystals back into position. Check it out on YouTube and do it a few times and see if it helps.
